Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) OD in &out

What would cause my tc to go in and out of od?the only thing I did was move star wheel foward?

My money's on the TPS then the brake light switch. I bought 2 TPS's before my conversion and 2 brake light switches. One of those since the conversion.
