OEM Battery lasts how long?

Personally I would with anything over 80. Heat kills batteries.

Do you guys have opinion on a battery blanket? Do they help much? My truck does not have them. Curious if this is something that should be added?

Had them from the factory in my old 2006 as part of cold weather package, I got 12+ years from factory batteries...

Both extreme sides of the temperature scale kill batteries. Hot as good as cold.
In both cases the blankets help.

Kentucky? I wouldn't worry at all to go without.

Battery blankets are for squares, man. I believe in displaying my batteries proudly.
Replaced my factory set after 5 years with OReilly AGMs made by East Penn.
The factory batteries were not AGM as I assumed. I probably won't get AGM for the next set.
