well im convinced, these goodyears are pretty sorry. our two new 3500 trucks [and my durango] have pretty much worn out after 30000 miles. all of my vehicles with the goodyears show signs of over inflation. they wear in the middle, while the sidewalls have good tread. look at your max inf rating on your tires and then compare them to the max ratings on your inner door panel. they arent even close. regardless, these goodyear tires have not come close to the michelins that we run now. for about 30 dollars more a tire, we have double the life. a piece of advice for my friends out there. spend the money up front, get a better tire, and dont beleive it when your tire dealer says "buy american" the only american tires the ive found are bf goodrich, cooper, and alot of knockoffs that are being sent to wallmart, pepboys, and the mass merchandisers. if these tires are the best that goodyear can produce, they need to rethink what they advertise. by the way, if anyone from gy is reading this, you should be ashamed or yourself for letting an american company stoop to cost cutting at our expense, and i do mean OUR. we"ll pay more for the best, but yours arent even close.
