Removed my OEM LP ( it's been hanging around for quite awhile ).

Where can I get the Hose Barbs ( like Geno's kit )?

Any Idea on Thread Size ???

Also; Is there an adapter for the IP with a fuel line Tap, ( want to Del Bayonet)

( want to test LP as a Parallel spare )

As a Note: The LP was full of Diesel, Yellow and heavy, I guess this

is normal. .

? What Happens in cold weather on engine start, Cold Heavy Fuel ???

Must be tough on the pump... .

If you have access to a Hydraulic Line Shop, where they make Hydraulic lines for heavy equipment, they will have all the fitting and such that you would need or want. They can also put together some really nice braded lines and connections for your test ports and parallel runs.

OK, Still need help

tryed the Hydralic shops, NAPA, Advance, Geno's
can not get the fittings,

Again, does anyone know the size and type of the thread in the Carter OEM Lift Pump...

I think that they are 12mm x 1. 5 x 3/8 and Geno's has them seperate along with a relocation bracket and extended wireing harness. That is the only place that I have been able to find them

Thanks for the size suggestion, Did call Geno's, he will sell kit,
has no extras and does not know size, just sells them
Thanks again

Sorry

I got mine from Vulcan Performance in Washington state. Cheeper than Genos and they will sell the pieces separate. I have two trucks (98. 5 - 99) and am planning to install tandem pumps running the second one on a relay to keep the extra load off the ECM. I bought four stainless fittings, two brackets and two harness extensions for about $70 or less. Hope this helps.
