2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Offset

Have a 2002 4x4 and recently purchased aftermarket rims and tires. Left rear tire sticks out from fender and right rear tire doesn't. Is this a problem/flaw on the rearend with this year model, manfactured in Mexico? I didn't notice flaw with stock rim/tire.

Why blame the truck? Did you measure the new wheel's offset? Maybe one mounts deeper than the other.

Offset/backspace on wheels are the same. Taking a closer look, bed and bumper is not centered with chassis/frame. BUMMER!!!

How can this be? Is the cab not centered on the frame as well? If it is centered is it not square with the bed? If you're measureng right you've got some really fishy stuff going on there.

Just came back from a friend's workplace to swap rear tires (rear right to rear left). Results: same!!! Tire sticks out on rear left side.

Perhaps it's time to see what the alignment shop has to say.
