Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) "oh no!torque unlocking again!!!!!!!!!!

i have been suffering with an issue for years, when i hit a bump in the road ,my torque comes unlocked and the ehgine revs up. i got so frustrated with it, after trying many things ,one day i unpluged the ABS sensor wire from the rear axle ,and the problem was gone just like that!

But now its back again, the ABS wire is still unpluged and the unlocking torque is back as abad as ever!!!!!!!!!!! Frustrated!!

but all is well as long as i don`t hit a bump,unfortuneatly here in Newfoundland CanadA we have a frost crack every 100 ft or so, my torque slips a lot,will it damage my torque?

All of the problems associated with this issue seem to all be grounding related fixes. This is the cheapest starting point. You might also consider replacing your tps which bluechipdiesel.com sells for under $200 or you can order one of timbo's as well. Hope this helps.
