Guys, I just was reading this whole thread. I am not trying to get you to change your mind about a TDR chapter, I think that is a great idea. But I belong to a Club/Site that several others that have posted in this thread are in also. It is based in Kentucky, but we have members in from all over the country. Mainly in Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio. We have a monthly meeting or event, a nice website with forums like here on the TDR. We invite all of you to come on over and join us. It is free to join the website and if you ever wanted to be a Member in the club, dues are $10 a year. Which goes back to supporting the website.

I saw my name mentioned on the first page here, so I thought I'd give a little input.

I have my own shop, BRC Diesel Performance in California,Ky.

It's just a small place on my home property, no showroom etc.



There was a post right before me from Farmall, who is also a member of the KYDTR (Kentucky Diesel Truck Roundup). A close knit group open to all diesel makes and models. You can check us out at www.kydtr.com. Sometime later this year, I hope to have a get together in northern Ky. When/if I do, it will be posted well ahead of time. In the meantime, check out the dyno day event on Feb. 28th near Indy, info is on TDR site and more detailed info on KYDTR site.



I had a display at the Cavalcade of Cuctoms in Cincy last weekend and spoke to a lot of great people. Hopefully, many of us can get together at a local event near home, besides Thunder in Muncie.



I'm not online too often, so if someone has some ideas for a smoke filled get together, give me a call at 859-635-5655.

I have confirmed 30 April at 10 AM for 30 (+/- 5) people at CMEP. I asked for an engineer to be present for a 30 minute question/answer session with the group.

y-knot that sounds like a great idea. We could convoy out and have a Big Cummins Diesel breakfast at a restaurant on the way out there.

Yup, six large pancakes with some maple #2 on top. Doesn't get any better. All of my group (5 people) will be coming from near Kings Island area and we will probably head out on 275 west and then jump on 74 west. We're pretty flexible as to where and when to meet.

I'm coming from Lawrenceburg and I could meet up with you guys at the I-275 / I-74 intersection.



There's a Cracker Barrell on I-74 in Harrison which is the first exit after you get on I-74 from I-275. There may be a few other places on that exit also. I think there's a Perkins or a Denny's or something like that. Just a suggestion.

My shop is in Miamitown. You can see it from the 74/275 overpass of Miami river road just before the exit to SR 128. Those that are coming from the north/east could meet there, then head out west.

just to toss some more stuff in here, i am in columbus area also, and would like to see a local group, and could possibly get a dealer involved, for space/help if enough interest i bet i could get them to start doing some upgrade work if needed

Count me in, Theres a nice little 4x4 shop in Alexandia Ky with trails that we might can obtain, Maybe have a detail demo if anyone gets their trucks dirty. Or I'm sure they'll give us a winch demo or something. Oh its called "PerformanceOff Road"

If this is getting planned for the 1st wk of april I won't be able to attend because thats prime time on Dale Hollow Lake and I've already have reservations but it sound like a lot of fun.

About the KYDTR Club, Iseen or read somewhere they had a dyno day last year in Paris,Ky, I think in the fall of 03.
