Mopar Nats On Brice Rd.

Oct 23 - Diesel Drags & Dyno @ US 131 Dragway - Martin, MI

Jrandol,

If you are talking about the Cummins tour, You haven't missed out yet. ( Apr 30th)

There'll probably be some unfilled slots

I need to get off my rear end and compile the list of attendees for the plant tour, so I can send them to Cummins...

I plan on attending the tour, looking forward to it. Does anyone plan on going up as a group? I plan on traveling up Rt 50 to get there, also plan on eating breakfast at Denny's in Columbus before the tour. There is one just past the Cummins exit, we have eaten there before and it has always been good. Anyone planing on getting there early, you know where I'll be. How many have decided to go? More the merrier.

Denny's sounds good to me.

Y-knot,

You're taking 50 all the way up to the plant? I'm in Lawrenceburg, I thought it was off of I-74 on the way to Indy.

Am I way off?

Does anyone have directions to the exact place we need to go?

Breakfast Club 5.9 style

Ryan - I just sent you a list of all the people that are coming from my group. We will be coming from the Mason area next to King's Island and we will head down 275w to 74w. We need to know the address of the place (Cummins) since there are many buildings.

Ynot breakfast sounds good. Someone had mentioned this Crackerbarrel before in and earlier post. It's closer all depending on how hungry you guys are in the am. It's right off of 74 in Harrison next to the Biggs on the North side of the highway.

615 Ring Road

Harrison OH 45030-2766

(513) 202-1400 I-74 & New Haven Rd

If you guys want to go to Denny's that's fine with us. Just let us know what the decision will be. Thanks

Jay

It's right across the expressway from TST, I have been to their shop many times and RT 50 seems to be the best route. I have to go back next Tuesday also, so I'll look around a little and eat at Denny's again, life's tough isn't it.

You may notice my name is NOT on this list. I will not be able to attend... a scheduling conflict has developed over the last week or so. Nevertheless, everything has been prepared for those going. For those who may not have received my email about it, the address of the plant is:

2725 West County Road 450 South

Columbus, IN 47201

Mapquest should be able to provide directions. If not, Rita (the woman in charge) gave me these directions:

From interstate 65 take exit 64. Get on highway 58. Cummins is on the right just 1/4 mile from exit 64. Turn right into the plant, follow signs for parking. Park wherever there is space that doesn't read "Reserved: Plant Manager" or the like. Get out of vehicle, follow signs to the visitor entrance. Take elevator down to ground level. Sign in with security, get a badge, and await the tour! In case major problems develop, you can tell security that Rita Sherrill is the point of contact for this tour. REMEMBER: 10:30 AM. Don't be late. :) :)

Hey, real newbie here in Hamilton. Need support of other CTD's. Looking for good back up mech. other than dealer. And lots of questions:confused:

rbat, You know the little burg outside of every were. North of Cinci, South of Dayton, West of Middletown, East of Indy.

Hamilton, The bad part of Fairfield.

Just joking. I am right off Pleasant ave in Fairfield if you ever need help, ect...

Are there any off-road trails anywhere in the Dayton/Cincy/Florence area? Nothing hard core, (rock climbing, etc), just somewhere to drive a trail and get muddy.

some trails by my land in Cincy. been around since I was little.

its the woods/trails that are bordered by Queen city/Lafeuille/Harrison/Richter

Haspin Acres has a couple decent places if you're just looking for mud. There's one small area I can think of right off that has pretty wide trails all the way back, so you wouldn't even have to worry about scratches in your paint. It's been a couple years since I was out there, though. About 50 minutes from Cincy...

Jim,

I spent the night in Berea last Thursday. On E. 5th ave, to be specific. But I didn't notice any other Cummins trucks while there.
