Just changed my this p. m. Truck had not been started and the filter didn't leak a drop. It was a little tight, and I put the last one on by hand. I put the Geno's plug in as I liked the way they worked on my 96. No mess. Good luck, Doc

Just stay away from the wingnuts at any of the quick Lube N Tunes. I do use them to drop off the used oil though ;)
