The bottom of my oil cooler housing is leaking coolant, decided to go with a new Cummins housing and new valve and spring (oil cooler was replaced with a new Cummins unit a couple of years ago). I used Cummins gaskets at that time.
Here is the question, watched a YouTube video on the tear down process to see if there were any short cuts and the guy made a good point about the metal Cummins gasket, sealing surface not very impressive. I already have a new Cummins gasket, but I don't want to this again.
Would fel pro or Victor be a better choice?
