Sorry-about-the-typing-but-the-computer-decided-to-have-a-little-fit-also

I have had real good luck with the replacement one from Geno's garage, p/n HDOP-KIT-22mm. It has a much thicker base to support gasket and will seal better and help reshape deformed pan.

I just had the exact same thing. I went to ace hardware and got a thick nylon washer that fit perfect. The washer was located in the hardware section in one of the yellow drawers. Torqued to 40 pounds and no more leak! 42 cents!
