Is there a kit out there to relocate my oil filter to an easier place to change it out. I'd likw to relocate it so I can change filters out faster without having worry about spilling oil all over. My 94' is now my commuter to work, so oil changes are going to be more often now.

check with Filter Engineering Inc. 1499 Pomona Rd. Ste B Corona, Ca. 92882-1714. They don't have a web site so you must call. Also Prime Locs made by Ashland Tec were made but i think that they are no longer available. Check classified ads or maybe ebay. Good luck.

The oil filter on yours is right there on the passenger's side of the motor right? All I do is pull the air hose off the turbo and pull the air box off. Plenty of room after that.

I echo what Nate said. After I loosen it I usually take the time to slip a plastic bag over the filter and that takes care of the little spills. And by the way; it is a good idea to protect the wires on the alternator lest you inadvertently hit one with a wrench.
