Oil In Coolant SAGA Continues

Well I pulled the oil cooler out and pressure tested it, the cooler held 80 psi pressure. I Made some adapters to pressure test the cooler then submerged in water no air bubbles found. So I pulled the head could not see a definitive place where it was leaking, the fire rings looked as if they were sealing. When I removed one of the head bolts on the left rear side between cyl #5 & #6 the threads looked as if they had a mixture of oil and coolant on them, all other bolts looked dry. I called cummins Intermountain and order a engine top gasket kit I ordered the thicker head gasket. should be here tuesday. I just hope it is the head gasket I am just going to put it back together and hope and pray that it fixes it. Because the next steps are enough to make a grown man cry like a baby. Look realy carfully at the hole that the oily head bolt came out of. As you probaly are fearing there could be a thin spot in the casting or maybe a crack. Maybee it could be fixed by cleaning it out realy well with brake cleaner and installing that head bolt with somthing like hardening gasket maker. Try presurising the hole with air and see if it leaks out anywhere else. Good luck!
