My neighbor has a 12 v with 300,000 miles and it just started putting oil in the coolant. It has to be the oil cooler however at 60 psi there shows no leakage on the bench. The head gasket is in very good shap shows no signs of breakage when it came out. Is there any history of head or cylinder wall leakage of compression into the coolant?

Not that I am aware of. I would have looked at the cooler first too for oil in the coolant. Check for cracks in the head if the headgasket and cooler check out 100%. It is quite common for the heads to crack, but I don't remember hearing about one bad enough to put oil in the coolant.
