Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Oil in turbo

I was replacing alternator today and when I removed the big

black air hose to the turbo to make some room I noticed oil in the

turbo. I have removed the whistle stop previously. Is there a bearing or something that's given up or what?

I do have a very large K/N filter but I'm afraid thats not it. Maybe

my engine is not happy with the recent Amsoil change after

205000 miles. HUMMMMM.
