oil leak blow by tube?

Driving home yesterday and noticed spots of oil all over the rear of my truck and looked today and the underside is covered and it seems to be coming from a tube next to the CP3 and coming from under the plastic valve cover. Is that the blow by or did it get knocked off during some mods and need to be pushed back on. I know some oil comes out the blow by but if it is there shouldn't be nearly this much oil. It's so much it is dripping from the skid plates and rear diff. too.

Washed my truck and went to a buddy's and looked where his line went. Found the problem the tube was unhooked from behind the ECM.
