got a pretty nasty trip of oil, ( not from the vac pump i just replaced al the seals in it a month ago and all is dry) i always have a drip from the flange where the metal line meets the rubber line in front of the motor. any body else have a leak here, it is geting prety bad, either that fitting or the oil pan gasket, i am praying for the fitting.

I'm confused, it sounds like you are referring to a transmission line which would have atf in it?

Then you mention oil pan? Are we talking engine oil or atf here?

Are you referring to a ps pump line?

Maybe the oil supply from the rifle to the injection pump and vac. pump (braided metal line)?

Please be more specific.

The crank seal in the gear housing cover can also leak at the front of the oil pan and our mighty fan will undercoat the belly of the ole girl.

Let us know. . someone's sure to have the answer.

i feel pretty dumb bc i was thinking after i posted that i was refering to the transmission cooler line, must have had a brain fart last night and wasnt thinking. it is def oil so after my brain fart has cleared i guess it must be the oil pan gasket, damn guess i will have to tackle that next.

i jigged it at 35k, the oil is mainly on the oil pan bolts and drips off the cooler line, and also on the PS pump. thanks for the info
