Oil Man,
Someone had to ask sooner or later! Do you have any test results comparing LE8800 and Delvac1? I think LE8800 is 15w40/CG4 and Delvac1 is 5w40/CH4. Can a good apples to apples comparison be made in this case? I hope this doesn't turn into another "test by fire" for you again!
I've used Phillips Super HDII 15w40 in diesels for 30 years with great results, but now that I'm getting more HP out of a 5. 9 than I did out of my first 14 liter NTC Cummins, I think I should be using better oil than $1. 25/qt. stuff.
Thanks for your professional help! Craig
