Looking at my diagram above, seems that the capacity is a little high... 17 qts... is this correct?

Those are different numbers than the Service Manual.

That's what I thought. I wonder if the Oil Pressure numbers are correct, though.

I don't have the service manual with me. But if I recall its 10 at idle and 30 at 3000.

I took these numbers from my service manual:
Oil Pressure (min)
Note: CAUTION: If oil pressure is ZERO at curb idle, DO NOT run engine.
At Idle Speed 10 psi
At 2,500 rpm 30 psi
Regulating Valve Opening Pressure 65 psi

They are slightly different from cummins ISB owners manual...
