Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Oil pressure regulator

Has anyone taken the oil pressure regulator on the oil filter housing toward the front of the engine apart? if so is there a special way that the sleve has to go back in to regulate pressure properly? Thanks in advance for any imformation.

The open side goes up so the spring will fit inside it

Dieseldemon-That was oveous,but there are smalle holes in the bottom of the sleve that the spring fits into, what direction do they face or does the sleve rotate ? Thanks

The holes at the bottom do not make any diff which way the are placed in the bore as they tend to rotate.
