Has anyone with low oil pressure ever check to see if it is caused by the oil filter bypass valve located behind the oil filter plate, mounted to the engine block, If this valve was stuck open or defective it would reduce the oil pressure continuiosly would it not ? When the oil pressure exseeds 60 PSI the oil pressure valve opens and diverts oil back into the oil pan.
