Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) oil ?'s

what are some good transmission/rear end oils, have a problem shifting transmission when cold, and rear end oil needs changing, also what are the grades/weights/viscositys needed? thanx

Have shell syn in my diffs, had redline in the trany but just went across country and syncros started sticking put in royal purple everything ok again, got mobil 1 auto in transfer case. Diffs and 4500 75-90.

i have that sme shift issue when cold. i have amsiol throughtout but i think that overfilling the trans might take care of this. theres another thread about overfilling
