oil sampling question

I have a 99 with right at 72000 miles. bought the truck used. looking to switch over to amsoil and had some questions about oil sampling. what is an average price to have a sample tested and what are some recommendations of places to use to sample the oil? thanks for the help!

From what I have seen most guys out here are using Oil Analyzers or Blackstone.

I have been using www.blackstone-labs.com for the last 5 years or so, on two different trucks now. Thay are currently charging around $17 - $18 per sample.

CTC has labs across the country. The last sample kits I got fom then were $9. 50 each. This was for a post paid kit which included TBN or TAN levels.

Their kits used to be available from Amsoil. They are an independent lab that does allot of trucks like ours.
