Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) oil sending unit location

Need to replace oil sending unit on my 1998 12 valve, can anyone tell me where it is located and anything to watch out for ? Thank You.

It's to the rear or the power steering pump

I think it is the "Oil Pressure Sensor" located just below and aft of the fuel pump. Can someone else confirm?

lisle makes a slick 1 &1/16" socket for less than $20 to change it with.
