Ok guys... started into a nice discussion on my friend's website about chubby vs. phord vs. cummins. No one there believes me that dmax can only handle 6psi and has head problems. Link is here: here

No problem. First, you were 66% off. Now you're only 50% off. Put in a few more apologetic posts, and you'll soon be saying you've no idea *what* you were thinking when when you said the DMax only runs 14 PSI.

One of those guys said the DuraMax beats a CTD all the way. NO WAY DUDE. Last weekend I got into a up hill run with a DM with him weighing about 1000 pounds less. At the top of the hill I was five lenghts to the lead with my little old totaly stock 3500. I got a good look at his face when I passed, speed racer with a big frown.

Being this is an old fishing town, you could walk by the local tavern when I was a kid and hear lots of screamin seamen. In fact they have an "Old Seamens Society" here. (I'm not a menber) A highschool buddy of mine used to drive an old van and he painted "Old Seamen" on the side. It didn't help with the chicks.

Oh! Those guys are getting REAL mad... claiming they can run a 6. x 0-60 in their dmax with a chip and propane. Perhaps, but esch... durapukes.



Now I really want injectors so I can invite these guys over and have some fun! Of course, Jordan and Kev will have to come too...

I just read on the diesel page that they where geting about 22 PSI I have a friend witha a D-Max and they run Ok but I don't like starting brand wars I just tell them I'll keep my CTD and leave it at that but some time the ford guys seem to be a whole lot worse than Chevy people they talk the talk but can't walk the walk
