OK, What is this Smiley Supposed to Be?

Hey guys - I've been a member here for about 2 1/2 years and I still haven't figured out what this smiley is supposed to represent! ------>



People use it in all sorts of situations so I can't seem to figure out what emotion this is supposed to convey. I guess it sort of looks like someone yawning, but I've also seen some folks use it when they seem angry. I dunno...
