I want to keep the truck driveable, its the only thing I have to drive. I would like to get up around 500 HP. I was looking at doing the Mach 4's or Smarty. What else is a good upgrade? I need to get better injectors what is a good quality and good performance one to go with? At what point should I do Headstuds? Heres a little burnout video I did! Thanks for the help!

Your SPS 62 will go great with a set of Industrial Injection 4 flow [150hp] sticks..... you will love them... . I know I do! The Mach 4's are good too, but I just prefer the II injectors because they are smooth & clean. Then add a smarty & you are gonna have a great setup.

F1 diesel Mach 4s , Edge drag, Afe intake, ATS manifold, use the turbo you have you will have 500hp

stock truck 190hp

F1 Mach 4s 150hp

Edge Drag 120hp

62mm turbo 40hp

500hp

You will need to think about O-rings and ARP studs above 45lbs

With this set-up you should have 45-48lbs of boost

If not always "true", but darn close. I was told with Comp & Mach 1. 6 stock turbo I'd be close to 400. I dynoed 387 @ Fall Brawl - close enough.

Hay thanks for all the good info. Yea thats with stock injectors! I'm waiting on my taxes and then I'm going to get some injectors! Is there any tips or tricks that i should know before i go to install them? Thanks for all the help! and let me know what u think of the video.

Nice video!..... somebody has a map sensor unplugged. If you want your truck to smoke like that... . order a set of Dragon Flow 10 holes from II. I couldn't get them to stop smoking.

Like the vid:-laf , Throw in the m-4's and you'll be there. I have yet to dyno my truck after the injectors, but pre injectors I was around 370. I was told that after the sticks it should be around 525 or so. I also just added a smarty to the mix... WOW:eek: Your turbo will be fine, just make sure it's wastegated to around 40-45 and your golden;)

What kind of EGT's can i expect to have with the M-4's and will they work well towing?

I only tow about 5K regularly in the summer time and with my comp on 3X3 I can't hit 1150. I also had don custom make my 4's for towing so if that's a concern then let him know. Also fwiw i can do a maxed out run (comp 5x5 smarty 8) and only see 1350:) . Got to love f-1 sticks:-laf

What turbo?

yes that's with an auto. . it still really surprises me how good it does. As far as getting in touch with don, maybe through f-1's website. I went threw floor-it diesel for mine so john was in touch with him. the cost is the same but since I didn't get a chance to compare it with another injector, I don't know what he did differently. Whatever don's plan is. . it's working really well. I really owe a lot to John @floorit for making this truck kick @$%;)

Well i got the M-4's in a while ago and i love them. I have just got a chance to dyno the truck and it put out 529. 6 HP @ 2875 RPM and 1049. 4 ft. lbs @ 2511 RPM:-laf. Im really happy with what my truck did. Just last sunday i got to run my truck at Piedmont raceway NC on the 1/8 mile and ran a 8. 444 @ 85 mph! Im now looking at doing head work and need a good way to drop the EGT's. I was looking at Water/Meth injection, but if i get a good port job done on the head how much will that help, how will the port job affect the truck as far as driveablity?
