I installed my BHAF and wanted to know as I took out my k&n is the BHAF better than the k&n when it comes to flow rates etc. My search will not work on this site with 4 letter searches for some reason. ALso I took a plastic wire tie and ran it through the metal in the filter and tied it around the AC line next to the fender just to secure the fliter from moving around. Not too tight just snug. Are you guys securing the filter or just leaving it lay there??? THANKS

The BHAF from fleetguard is rated ant~930 cfm at 6" water and about 99% efficiency. I dunno what the K&N is rated at. You can call fleetguard and get the specifics . . check out their web site www.fleetguard.com

Lots of people are using a 'Mallory' mount. Mallory made it for a while then posted a template drawing. . you'll have to search. It works well, uses factory mounting stids and secures the filter w/a big zip tie.

No habla, but thats okay:-laf :-laf :-laf . Are you close to that new racetrack that was built. I remember watching that race last year and that track seemed like it was built in the middle of nowhere.

I guess its just you and the racetrack in KS and thats it:D :D

BTW how do you like your BHAF so far?? I just put mine on last week

I like it fine, but I'm about to ad a B1 and DDIIIs and a ram air hood. I'll be putting it in a box.

I got better spool up and mileage... a little mileage . 2-. 5 mpg.

when I get done I may sell the mount if you want it. . but it'll be a few weeks.
