OK, new brakes pads and shoes, rotors all around. Clutch hydraulics and transmission fluid. Feels like a new truck!
On to the AC. I think I have the infamous recirc door issue but when I look in there, it's still attached. Do I need to have the motor running (vs the key in the on position but engine off) to make the actuator work or does the fact that it's just hanging straight down (vs at either end of the travel) and moves freely if I poke it mean that it is, indeed broken but just hasn't fallen down to block the airflow.
For the record, I seem to have decent and cool airflow out of the driver vents but the passenger ones are warmer and reduced flow. Temp does change from cool to hot when I change the temp knob, so I think those blend doors work and it changes to the correct vents when I move that knob, too. It's just the flow and sort of not cool air out of passenger vents.
