it's 3". to match the new (to me) F*** intercooler. got a 2nd gen turbo elbow on the way as well (it's got a 3" outlet as well). so i'll have 3" all the way from the little turbo to the manifold. and yes, the flange is machined. thanks for the approval.

napa. it's exhaust tubing. pretty cheap too. can't remember how much, but it wasn't a whole lot. that's where i got the boot too. burst pressure of 115psi. .
