Ready to order a 2004. 5 and cannot locate an accurate online configurator listing all options and codes. The Dodge site is incomplete (no power seat option, etc. . ). Is anything else available?

Try edmunds.com -- their option list reflects the same codes DC uses. Some codes may appear redundant, but if you click on them to pull up the description, it will detail the differences.

I know what you mean. I was playing around with it but could not come up with any way to get a dually with 6 speed and 3. 73 gears. No 2-tone paint schemes either.

www.kbb.com is also very good. It's very easy to use and gives a real-time price (invoice, MSRP, and true market value) at the bottom.

Thanks to all. I was able to find all the options I was looking for including the power seat which is included with the cloth upgrade.

Don't know if that is the correct term, but it is the tool that lets you select the options and features for the truck you want... engine, trans, color, audio system etc... It also prevents you from ordering conflicting options and gives you all the feature codes and pricing, basically what the dealer uses.

I configured my 04. 5 on Carsdirect also and ended up ordering it from them, They where $300 below invoice at the time minus rebates off of that, NO B. S. , No hassles , No money out of pocket to order it, It was delivered to my house at 9AM on a sat.

The local dealers around here told me they could do $500- $1000. over invoice and that was with the rebates, Yeah Right!
