Is there a good online source for Cummins parts? I need two thermostats for both of my 2006 dodge cummins-powered trucks. The dealer wants an arm and a leg for them (plus, I hate to even walk in that place). In my opinion, they shouldn't be all that expensive; they're just heavy-duty T-stats...

Thanks for ur help.

check with cummins thereselves call one of their dealers with your Esn and see if it's cheaper. I'm glad I work at kenworth because I can get parts for my engine directly from cummins and it's a whole lot cheaper than dodge. Good luck

Open an account at your nearest Cummins distributor. The sales reps are on
commission and will usually give you a deal to make a sale - my experience is
about 50% off. Have your parts held at will call. If you walk into the parts counter
they will rob you. Somebody on here had the same experience at a Kenworth
dealer, so try a truck dealer if they're closer.

If you buy parts at the nearest Cummins shop like i did (Cummins Atlantic in Spartanburg), some cheery British dude may call you from England a few days later to do a customer satisfaction survey. For real. The guy kept saying 'brilliant' after each of my answers. It was strange and amusing.

But look on Cummins North America website for nearest parts counter.
