Ontario towing laws

Does anyone know the maximum width of a trailer that can be towed in ontario? Is it 8'6"?

102" wide trailer is no problem in Ontario, some landscapers run 108" trailers. Trailer regs are posted on the MTO website: http://www.mto.gov.on.ca/english/
As far as I know any trailer with 2 or more axles has to scale, but most of them are closed a fair amount so don't worry about it.

Guys as far as i know, you dont have to run the scales unless your commercial.
