Alright guys, I hate to admit mistakes. But if others can learn.....

So, my truck has been "dragging" when at speed for some time now at speeds over 60mph. I checked all the usual stuff and nothing came of it.

So I figured that the injectors and other stuff were weak.

Yesterday though, I was looking at the shifter for the 4wd, and noticed it was pretty far back. I gave it a shove and it kind of clunked forward. Well, to make a long story short my 4wd was not fully disengaged. This created some sort of drag as now the truck pulls just fine at speed. No more dragging. Now the only problem is my 4wd does not work anymore? Oh well, another project.

Many moons ago when I had my first 4 wheel drive, I got stuck on the other side of a stream. Tried my best to get out. Forded the stream (belt high) and walked 3 miles to where some oil & gas workers were drilling. Had to endure all the needling from them before one of them took me back and pulled me loose. Thanked him and after he left I realized I hadn't locked the hubs completely. :{
