OPEN DIESEL PULL, Jesup, Ga Nov. 22,23

[Sled Puller]

Anybody want to play? Some Michigan, Ohio trucks are going.



They are running identical pulls, Friday, 7:00 pm, and Saturday, 6:00 pm.







NOV. 22/23, 2002 Jesup, GA Season Finale



Jesup, GA Wayne Co. Young Farmers are sponsoring this truck pull. It will be held at Jesup Jaycee Fairgrounds, Hwy. 84 in Jesup, across from Rayonier Pulp Mill.



They are running a 8000# "Run What You Brung" class. Rules: 8000#, 26" hitch height, street legal, NO WHINING. Dual wheels, nitrous, propane, twin turbos all allowed! There will be a drivers meeting at the beginning of each pull.



This is a good family event. You will have plenty of food & fellowship. The dirt will be flying and the smoke will be rolling. Challenge your buddies to pull against you! Lets get the Fords and Chevy out and have some fun. It'll give someone bragging rights.

I'm planing on goin', I was supposed to goto a pull this weekend in Ohio, but aparently it has been canceled. So no practice for me, I'll just goto Jessup and get smoked, but still have fun.

I will be at the pull. But I do not think I will be in the pull. My truck still has stock tires, and turbo but I would like to see what it could do. I would not mind finishing behind another dodge but if a ford was to beat me it would cause my credit card balance to skyrocket!

Sometimes stock tires are the secret- ever hear of Larry Crawford, second day at Scheids? He cleaned up. Stock tires.



With the DTT, I would not hesitate to pull, you may get surprised!

Was last years pull pretty big? I don't care much for all the gas burners that pull. How many diesels pull? I'm thinking about running down for Sat.

From what I've been told the past pulls have been very big and were all well run shows. The time is drawing near now just a few more days. Looks like I'll be headin out Thursday night for the trip down there. Hope to meet some of you down there. Take care!
