Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Opinion on Edge EZ

I am wanting to add a little power to my truck, and I found an EZ in the classifieds. I am not looking for real big power upgrades, just a little more oomph for when I'm towing. I know Smarty is the hot thing right now and I will probably buy one some time in the future, but I'm going to have to give Dave Goerend a visit before then:-laf

So in short, for what I'm after at the present time, would this be a good deal?

I loved the ez as a first mod. great for towing

My father has an EZ on his truck and it is the only mod that he has, also he still has the stock lift pump and injector pump on it with 185,000 mile. I will second the EZ as a first mod.

EZ's give a good little boost. I am looking to sell mine and get a smarty. I am very happy with it, I just want more. you know how it is.
