Doubtful that you will get any mileage gains with those. I have heard great gains on the 40hp ones. Are they testing your injectors or just swapping the nozzles?

I gained ~1mpg with my 1's in my 03 back in the day. Had 1. 9's and now 3's in my 06, no appreciable mileage gains. Love the 3's though.

My stock injectors arrived at Don's house today. Having him check them and then send them back repaired and with 100hp nozzles. :-laf

My experience with Don's Flux injectors, is that they idle smoother then stock, make a lot more power, have low smoke, and depending on the size get a little better mileage. The mileage part is hard to prove because when you first get them in, it's hard not to try out the "make a lot more power" part. :-laf

All of Don's dealers are hand picked, so between them and Don, you will end up with an outstanding product.

Mine smoke like crazy and I got no milage gains. They will also drain the fuel rail very easily. Even with my twins and I still get a lot of smoke. I have found that you can not really turn down the Smarty and TST because it will run hotter and accually lower MPG. Personally I think that the Flux 2's are too much even for my set up. Although that opinion may change when I upgrade the CP3. Just my $. 02.

what program are you running on the TST?

on my early '04, I ran Flux 1's w/ a FASS 150 and stock CP3... I ran the Smarty TNT Race vin locked program on level 9 and the TST on power level 4 and torque between 2 and 4. This was on the standard program. If I ran either of the twins programs, it would dump fuel and lose rail pressure and never recover.

I could hold 20-22. 5k on these settings.

I have a Floor It stage II CP3 I could be talked out of though :) (sold the truck it was going on)

forrest, what year does that cp3 fit,the "600"?if so what kind of deal. w/ my smarty what is a good setting for fuel milege?gotta go thank-----LA
