Yes that is a flat tappet, or at least what I understand to be a flat tappet.
AFIK all years, to include the 6.7, are flat tappet with a similar style.
12V trucks had a 1.1" tappet
24V trucks had a 1.3" tappet
HPCR trucks have a 1.5" tappet.
All trucks use the same length pushrod, and the 24V is the most desirable based on size and weight. I used them in my rebuild.
Looking up at my post with the photo I thought I had written something, but it's not there. That is a tappet from my HPCR motor.
