KBaucom,

Twins are great but they will end up being a lot more $$ than going with a new single... . If he goes with twins he would need to O-ring the head and that would run him at least another $500, and thats if he does the work himself. The piping and the bottom turbo would probably run over $2000 with the lines and brackets. Plus twins are just more trouble than singles, less room, exhaust leaks, etc.

Don't get me wrong twins are great but they do cost a lot more plus increased Maintenance involved.

Thats my general take on it too. Twins are great, but the work to get them in and the maintenance and hassle once they are in is just too much. Mach 4's and a B1 are tried and known and "bolt on".

I DID IT!!!!! :D :D :D I ordred my parts today.

Mach 4's, B1 wastegated, TST3 adj fuel box, Edge EZ timing box, FASS, SB CON FE. I think it should get down the road now :-laf :-laf I can't wait to dust some ricer boys!!!

Doug at Performance Diesel Warehouse was extremely helpful and patient with the questions and had good prices. I highly recommend him.

Thanks for all the replies guys.

I already had the TST3 when I spoke with him. And he today convinced me to go with an Edge box instead of the VA. Apparently there are some failure problems with the VA boxes recently.
