As you see below what I have modified my truck with. I have been talking to Farmboy Diesel. They recommend a 150/150 FASS and a set of 80hp injectors. I am worried about my egts with this. Any opinions are appreciated.

Mike:)

Well, FWIW, with my truck, I'm running stock turbo, VanAaken box and stock injectors. when towing my 33' FW up grades in 5th, I can get to 1200 preturbo fairly quickly. Going to 4th helps, if the grade isn't too steep. If the grade gets really steep, I'm dropping to 3rd. I would think that with bigger squirters, you're going to need to keep your eye on the EGT's. It's all relative anyways. Are you wanting to keep your foot in it when pulling big hills? If so, you'll want a bigger turbo to pull the hot air faster. With the 80hp injectors, the temps shouldn't get too out of control, but you always want to keep an eye on the gauge when pulling big hills. All you'll have to go is gear down, and you should be okay.

Sounds legit to me. The fass is for reliability, the sticks are conservative. so I have to assume you have a boost fooler and a wastegate adjuster/boost elbow, then the turbo(HX I hope) can go up to 35psi max and should keep egts reasonable. IF thats enough power for you, thats a good way to do it, or at least a good start.
