Does anyone out there know of a place to get an aftermarket transfer pump that goes in the tank? The Dodge dealer told us that they are not producing replacements yet and that there are 186 on backorder :{ We tried Napa and some other big names, so far no luck. Thanks for any help.
Don't know where you live, but I would make sure the fuel isn't gelled or filter iced up if you are in a cold area. Even treated fuel is giving fits and low or no fuel pressure with this ULSD stuff! If you suspect gelling, add some Power Service 911.
I know they have been making replacement in-tank fuel pumps. So they must just be on back order.
From the posts I have seen the in tank is a bad idea. Low pressures, and you cant fix it w/o dropping the tank. May as well go aftermarket. There are a lot of systems out there, all seem better than the stock application.
