Im not sure if I am posting this in the right section.



I need to know if any of you so cal guys have had any work done at Orange County Diesel located in Huntington Beach Ca.



I am planing on having them install an exhaust brake and exhaust system on the 05.

I live in Orange County and please dont get me wrong,



I'd rather drive to DPS in Van Nuys, which is 1 hr plus, John is a stand-up guy and is very knowledgeable, no B. S. and will never burn you in any way...

He actually did my R and R work when I had the 53 Block Catastrophe and I haven't stopped going back to him.

Iv had John do some work on mine as well and he will tell you what works and what wont.

IMHO, he needs a bigger shop.

Not saying good or bad about the above. . Just know I've bought a few parts from OC Diesel and they have been very professional and prompt in sending them out. They also sent survey cards asking for feedback about their service, so I get the feeling they are trying to do good.

I asked them about purchasing an exhaust and they were too busy to get to mine for about a week when I called, so they must be getting some decent business. Haven't actually had work done there though.

But its good to hear there is someone up in Van Nuys that is trustworthy also.
