orbital batteries

Has anybody used the Exide Orbital batteries? They are supposedly a sister to the Optima. I can't get Optimas easily here in Fairbanks and I need a battery. They are gel celled with some kind of valve mechanism inside. Just curious as they are $124 a pop. I need two obviously.

I have Orbitals. No problems with them at all in over a year and 70,000 miles.

I recently bought some dry-cell batteries from a company that sells online (ebay) My first came off of ebay and then I went direct for another one. The link is to one company that deals in them.



I've been happy with the product and shipping was pretty cheap because they are dry cell and don't have the same hazardous shipping costs.

I don't know about Orbitals but Odussey makes some really strong batteries.
