i have my vin number but i dont know how to track its progress i seen guys write about where their truck is just want to see where mine is.

After you get the word it has shipped, try this link for tracking in Mexico:

and then depending on where your dealer is located, you can try:

First off, welcome to the TDR.



You can call DC Customer Service at this number - 800-992-1997. Go through the option menus (I can't remember which buttons to push) and tell the customer service rep that you would like to get the status of a new truck order. Give that person your VIN and they should be able to tell you where it's at in the process.

Wow, where are my manners?! In my excitement over my own new truck, I forgot to also welcome you to TDR. This is a great site and a great resource. You will find most everyone here is anxious to help you anyway they can. Although a fairly new member myself, I have already learned a great deal about my new truck.
