Had to say hello. I ordered it 1\13 found out it has D-1 status today 1/16. Man am I excited. Pat. Blue in memory of the Jeep that has to go. I went with the 6speed, You talked me into that and the rear defrost too. Got a kitchen pass for the Cummins after the better half drove the 4. o litre Jeep with the camper behind it. Now if I can just figure out who sells diesel fuel around here. The bigger camper will be here next year. I might have to change that handle to LuckyJohnny because I am.

I hope you love your truck as much as I do mine. I also have a Patriot Blue, 6spd. with rear defrost! This is my second Cummins and is easily the best truck I've ever owned (or driven, for that matter).

I have always wanted to order a truck and this is the first time. I will check on the body tape \ plugs and get the fender liners ordered. Thanks TDR. Do you worry about the spare walking off? Is that common?

Congrats on ordering a new truck. I am nothing short of thrilled with my '02. By far the best truck I've ever owned. Had Chev gassers in the family, GM diesels, two flowerpokes, rangers, F-150. They all stank. The CTD Dodge is the frist truck I've ever had that even after almost two years, I still love driving it. Just found out the my in-laws want to order a new 600. Very happy to hear that since they've been Toyota nuts for decades.

"Do you worry about the spare walking off? Is that common?" Not sure if it's common, but it happened to me. I then got the special keyed winch tube from the dealer and was lucky enough to find another new spare wheel. Next time, I'll take care of the spare wheel right away.
