Well..... After months of looking and a billion hours of research and speaking with owners of every rig imaginable, we finally settled on a new Fiver. We decieded on the Sunnybrook 2850SL. It doesn't have every feature I wanted, but it came the closest of all and I have yet to find an unhappy owner of one. :D The good news is it will take 7 weeks to get it built and delivered, which might just give me some time to figure out where the $$$ is gonna come from:eek:  !!

Many thanks to all who responded with suggestions and opinions! Special thanks to Ken- she just didn't like the floorplan on the Fox (even though I did... ..... )

Happiness is being deep in debt!!!:D

New 5er on the way too!

Sounds like your new Sunnybrook and mine will be on the production line together. Last week I ordered a 31BWFS :D .

Now the hard part starts; finding the money and forking it over :{ . Also, my wifes list of goodies to stock the trailer with has grown so large I'm going to either need a bigger trailer or a bigger truck :p .

I'm sure your as excited as I am about the third week in May Oo. .

Tim- ARGGGGGGGGG! You dog, that is the one that I wanted the most, but the wife had to have the bunks! They will put bunks in that model, but in my opinion it is a terrible floor plan that ruins it. So... ... we ended up going the way we did. I wish they offered a bunk model in the standard line. Congrats to you too!!

I can't imagine fitting bunks in on the 31BWFS. My wife and I saw that option and thought it was an error  .

Anyway, it's just the two of us, plus dogs, so we really liked the layout.

What you new Sunnybrook owners need to do now is register for the Sunnybrook rally. It will be in July and at Centerville, MI. This will be Sunnybrook's 10th anniversary and it is supposed to be special. There are over 450 units registered already. Centerville is right accross state line from Sunnybrook plant. We have attended the last two rallys and it was the best $175. 00 we have spent. For more info: www.sunnybrookrv.com and go to club.

Tim- My wife and I thought that option would just absolutely RUIN the 31BWFS! The dealer had one on the lot and we bought the 2850 based on what we saw quality-wise- it is a very nice unit. In speaking with the factory- in th history of that model they have only built two with bunks. I figure our next coach will be a rear living.

Paul- We would love to make it up for the rally but I don't know if we can get the time off work to do it. There is a 4 chapter rally in Sept in Solvang we will probably be going to though. It would definitely be cool to see 380+ Sunnybrooks lines up side by side!

Kev,

Congratulations! We have friends in the Texas Boomers who have had both a Mobile Scout/Sunnybrook TT and 5ver. They're really nice RV's! :D

Hope you get years of enjoyment out of it! Maybe we'll meet on the road one of these days.

I'll be at the so. Cal Rally in Sept at Buellton,Ca. Hope to meet you there(look for the folks from Oregon). I'm also going to the rally in Indiana our first international while on our annual visit to see our kids and grandkids. Do join the Sunnybrook RV club, it's definitely a great complement to a great trailer.

I heard SB is going to 'give away the farm' in prizes etc. at the Nat'l Rally. There will be about 16+ units from our chapter - including me! I hope they have their upper end units to see by then. Craig

I know you put a lot of effort and research into this one. It may not be perfect, and it may not be exactly what you wanted, but with all the work you put into it, you will have the best camper for your needs that is available. Enjoy and let the Bombing begin.
