how are the dig out operations going? The most snow I have ever seen at in one shot was 18" in 6 hours.

I'm about 30 minutes south. They are still getting pounded! They don't have anyplace to put it now. The parts guy at work lives in Mexico, right east of Oswego, he got it even worse. 4 feet by wednesday. He didn't come to work thurs, or friday, trying to plow his trailer park (manager). Right now its north and south, Pulaski and Binghamton are getting hit, but it's going back to the middle today. The snow is so bad because the lakes are warm, when its cold early, it's not so bad. The warm water is picked up by the storm and dumped as snow.
