Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
How many of you network and phone guru's use OTM to manage your Nortel telephone swithes and also use Call Pilot for the v/m side????
We just installed both of these a couple of weeks ago and I am about to pull my hair out
I use to use a software called PhoneMaster to manage the switch and then we used Centigram for the voice mail. Its like I have to learn to walk all over again. .
Any tips???????
