OUCH revisited!!

I remember a thread last week intitled "Ouch" where a member (Bigstick) ran his truck through his dads barn and a few four wheelers.



WELL, friday night we were getting ready to leave for dinner. i was bundling our youngest (2mo) up and getting her in her pumpkin seat. my wife walked outside to start the Suburban and get the car seat for our son out of my truck. while she was fooling with the carseat our son (21Mo) walked outside and got in the driverside door that for whatever reason, my wife left open, then put the suburban in drive and ran it through the garage door :--)



she saw it rolling out of the corner of her eye, and ran and got in the passenger side and put it in park. this was after the suburban had buried itself to the windshield in the garage



the Boy is fine and Momma too (a few inches more and it would have pinched her legs in the door :--) )



its was only cars and garage doors that got mangled. WE WERE LUCKY TOO!

AAAmen to that, i was wanting a cowl induction hood for it, but i didnt want to get it this way.



i talked to the nice lady at my insurance agent's office and they said "no problem" she (and I) was just glad he didnt run it into the pond, which is about 15 feet off the side of the driveway.
