Today I was going through town and there were about 20 people at the major intersection holding flags and signs saying support our troops, almost everyone driving by was beeping their horns, it kinda choked me up. A month ago it was mostly war protesters, today there were three of them there with a sign that said, "Bread not bombs" What is that supposed to mean? Maybe the iraqi's can cut the heels off of the loaves and use them for gas masks when the Iraqi freaks gas them. I just don't understand how someone can honestly think what we are doing is a bad thing. It may not be perfect but it is the right thing to do. Besides that we are there now so it's time to stop protesting and support our men and women over there. I spent time over there when George Sr. was in office and now my nephew is there in the 82nd airborne so I am kinda partial to our troops. Thank you to all past, present and future troops.
